Commercial operations

The sales work, run by people who have run it before.

For a company that has a product and a market, and does not have the people to carry the commercial work. NVA takes the mandate, runs it against a written scope and hands back a working motion.

01

What NVA takes on

  • Pipeline: building and working a list of qualified accounts for an existing offer.
  • Pricing and terms: a price list and conditions that can be sold and defended.
  • Follow-through: proposals, negotiation and the handover to delivery.
  • Operating partners: finding and qualifying the subcontractors and operating companies that deliver, and holding them to the schedule.

02

How a mandate is scoped

You get a written scope with the accounts, the targets, the cadence and who decides what, before the first week. The scope is measured monthly against the numbers in it.

03

The commercial model

Retainer, performance-based, or a combination of the two. Set per case, in writing.

04

When it ends

A mandate ends with a working motion handed back: the account list, the pricing, the pipeline and the documentation, in your systems.

Who runs it

Every mandate has a named lead on the NVA side and a written scope before work starts.
